At Momo Addaa, momo isn’t just food—it’s a celebration of Himalayan heritage. Our journey began with a simple family recipe passed down through generations in the heart of [Nepal/Tibet/Bhutan]. Inspired by the bustling streets of Kathmandu and the warmth of Tibetan kitchens, we set out to share these handcrafted dumplings with the world.
"To bring authentic Himalayan flavors to your plate—one dumpling at a time."
We believe in:
Tradition: Staying true to original recipes while adding a touch of creativity.
Quality: Using fresh, high-quality meats, vegetables, and spices.
Community: Creating a space where food tells a story and brings people together.

What started as a humble family recipe—passed down through spice-scented hands and laughter-filled kitchens—has grown into a mission: to bring authentic Himalayan flavors to your table. Founded in 2021 by Mohammed Siddiqui, a chef with a dream, we’ve stayed true to the craft of hand-folded dough, slow-simmered broths, and spice blends that sing of home.
In Kathmandu, Tenzin was famed for his momos—flavorful, delicately folded dumplings that drew crowds daily. But his success sparked imitation. A rival chef began selling momos strikingly similar to his, copying everything down to the unique lamb-spinach filling.
Rather than confront him, Tenzin created something new: a vibrant purple yam momo filled with fermented radish and goat cheese, folded like a flower. Each box came with a small card telling the story behind the ingredients—his grandmother’s favorite yam, his mother’s cheese, his father’s pickling recipe.
